When looking at investing into property developments it’s important to make sure that all risks have been assessed. As a developer we want to ensure that the fundamentals are all covered, demonstrated openly and verified by independent bodies such as RICS.
We don’t shy away from risk. We review and analyse everything out in the open, we ensure you are aware of all risks involved. Experience has allowed us to create a system of multiple layers of security, which reduces the risk to investors.

Dec4de Property work with our investors in numerous ways. We look at options including loans for a predetermined rate of income, knowledge and experience and JV partnerships, to include an equity share. Before any option is considered, time is always spent getting to know the investor to ensure there is synergy in the relationship.

Collaboration is key

Trust comes before investment.

Investing money isn’t a decision to be made quickly. It is important to feel comfortable in any relationship and to have mutual trust, this simply can’t be built overnight.

We always allow our investors the time to get to know us first, which includes understanding our goals and values. We’re more than happy to meet for a coffee to chat, or to visit one of our previous developments.

It’s also important that we understand our investor's journey, where they are now, and, where they want to be.

Collaborating is key.

We build a relationship with our investors to understand the reason for not only the financial investment but also the wider picture. When working together we want to learn about our investor's goals and ambitions. What do they want to learn about property? Do they have a desire to build wealth? How can we support them?
