Markus is an engineer by trade, having worked in the automotive and rail industry, most recently at JLR (2012-2017). Markus believes his engineering background is why his flair for Due Diligence comes naturally. Spreadsheet, analysis and risk assessment are daily basic tools in both industries.
Markus has been a BTL landlord for 18 years and currently holds 2 properties in Milton Keynes. He has managed various refurb projects in his properties over the years, to include bathrooms and kitchens, rewires and plumbing updates. He also ran his own Alarm and CCTV business in Milton Keynes for 7 years and so was in and out of New Build properties all the time. It comes naturally to him to work alongside trades people - a skill you can't learn in the classroom.
In 2016 while working at JLR, Markus decided that it was time to move onto larger refurb/development projects. However he had a gap in his knowledge. He bridged the initial gap in knowledge by attending the Whitebox Property Developers' Secrets course in Jan' 2017 and then became part of their mastermind/mentorship programme for the next 8 months. Markus firmly believes that continuous learning is key and as such Dec4de Property remain on current mentorship programmes.

Judy trained in Biomedical Sciences which led her to a career in Clinical Trials. Following a career break where Judy focused on her young family she moved her focus to office administration, first working as an Office Administrator in the family Security Business and then moving to a management role in a Primary School, before moving to Dec4de Property.
Judy joined the clinical trials industry in 2000. The trials involved global travel and working in many different fields. This exciting work involved working with medics of all levels to collect and analyse data. Many trials were completed within the pharmaceutical industry, and all to the individual and different needs of the clients.
After a career break to raise her young family Judy moved into office management in the family security firm. Experiencing a different kind of customer base with different needs was an exciting challenge. In 2014 Judy moved to an administration role in a Primary School which quickly led to a School Business Management role. All aspects of client management were overseen within this broad and varied role.
Judy loves a challenge! And being a business woman with 3 children and a very busy family life she faces this every day. Being actively involved in Dec4de Property also affords Judy the flexibility to work with charities that are close to her heart.

"I had 2 Buy-to-Let (BTL) properties so I thought buying a third would help by providing more passive income. I re-mortgaged the family home and purchased a third BTL, immediately realising it didn’t provide me with any more time!
So, where am I today? I quit my job at JLR in 2017, scary at the time, but it allowed me to focus on creating the life I so strongly desired.
Property development excites me. Being an engineer, I love the upfront planning and Due Diligence, making sure that all risks are identified and measured. Keeping everyone safe is vital!
I don’t do this on my own. Collaboration comes naturally to me, it’s all I’ve ever known. I enjoy working with my professional team, just as I did at JLR, obtaining and assembling all the pieces of the puzzle.

Our son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes when he was 4 years old. As a family we enjoy creating greater awareness of the condition.
In 2021 the whole family completed the JDRF 100 Challenge. Each member of the family chose a challenge that they would undertake for 100 consecutive days in order to support JDRF reaching their £100,000 target to mark the 100 year anniversary of the discovery of insulin.

Transitions UK work with young people in the UK.
In addition to Dec4de Property sponsoring this charity financially Judy volunteers as a mentor working in the Attain Project (working with children leaving the care system).
Judy supports her mentee on a daily basis with tasks and challenges to better their life.

Arranging new utility connections should be straightforward. However, due to the complexity of the process, the end result can be anything but easy. We started Dunore Utility Connections to solve this problem.
WHY?
We believe that companies deserve a better quality customer service than is traditionally offered, one which is customer-centric and a one-stop shop. We set out to challenge the industry standards.
WHAT?
We are utility experts with a wide range of experience in managing utility projects. We can provide both an end-to-end service, or offer a menu of options. In every case, we become your single point of contact in a fragmented and disjointed industry.
HOW?
Using our knowledge, expertise, and understanding of the market, we deliver your projects on time and on budget. We have a trusted supply chain using only accredited suppliers, saving you time, stress and unnecessary costs, and allowing you to get on with managing your construction project.
RELIABLE. RESPONSIVE. ROBUST.
These simple principles power our building warranty business. They set us apart and keep us ahead. They delight our clients and keep our promises. They empower us to work collaboratively and flex our service to meet our clients building warranty needs.
