Description

All sites have a story and the same is true for this one.  The purchase process was during the COVID pandemic and the proceedings were slowed as the NHS were unsure if they would require use of the site again (which had been unused for a significant period of time).  Eventually the sale was completed in December 2020 by Dec4de Property and a Joint Venture Partner.  However more hurdles came along and the proposed planning scheme was not viable.  We look forward to finding a new route for this site and building out an exciting development.
