The site was acquired in December 2018 and work (spade in ground) started in January 2019. The properties were developed inline with the character of the building's former state and beams were cleaned and left exposed where possible. The main house benefitted from a turret containing an up-facing stained glass window which was preserved and made a feature in the main bedroom. All properties were sold by May 2020 and are now enjoyed by their new owners.

The outside work is well underway. We can't wait to see the inside progress as well!
The mini dumper trucks were on the go all day - for several days, the floor was dug out to create more head room and lay a damp course.
Exciting times as the work inside progresses. The floor has to be removed to allow adequate ceiling height and to lay a damp course. The view from the ground floor right up to the stained glass chimney turret is exposed. Eventually the stained glass chimney will be feature in the main bedroom in the 4 bed house.
We're excited to share the news - we have exchanged! We can't wait to start the work.
Have a sneaky look inside the barn while legals are progressing. We will create 1 4-bed house and 2 3-bed apartments. The floor on both levels has to come out. The walls have to be lined. The beams have to be sand blasted and of course the new internals need to be built. It's such an exciting project, we can't wait to get going.
