
This property had been used a a commercial property for well over 10 years. It was purchased without planning in 2017 in a Joint Venture Partnership. Markus worked with the planning consultant to obtain planning permission via a permitted development scheme, which was not without complications. The application was initially rejected as the council did not have evidence that the property had been used as a commercial property and after a period of negotiation planning permission was granted to convert the barn into 2 one bed apartments. Once planning permission had been obtained Markus resigned from the JV partnership to focus on a new development and expanding Dec4de Property.
